Room not easily accessible with no outside view. Staff couldn't explain extra charges placed on my credit card.

They give you warm cookies at the desk. It was convenient to fort gordon and augusta mall. It is a nice hotel.

If you use a third party site to make a reservation it makes things more difficult. It is best to go through the hotel to book your stay. If you are military you won't get a discount if you use a 3rd party. Also no fridge or microwave(add. 10$). Dry cleaning takes a couple days.

I appreciated the warm and cute atmosphere in the lobby with cozy seating and a lovely décor that was easily accessible for seniors, making it a comfortable gathering space.

Improve communication regarding amenities and services.

Marvellous location for visiting coffee house and golf courses. Exceptional service within 16 miles of the airport. Variety of outstanding food at breakfast time.

We go to this hotel every time we go to Augusta , or when we are meeting with our whole family every Christmas. It's central to the whole family stretched across the states.

I had a housekeeper come to my door at 8:30 am and knock on the door with a key or something hard and tell us to get up. Then tell us that we would need to request a late check out. I asked why she was doing this and she stated that management told her to do so. Went to manager upon check out - explaining what happened and it seemed to fall on deaf ears with a simple sorry. Angry - not expecting to return again.

The whirlpool tub was amazing 🛁 Really helped me unwind after a long day. The lobby looked nice too, but they could do better with the room updates.

The staff was friendly and professional, the food was delicious and the suite was nice.

The sink in the bathroom was dingy and had hair in it and the toilet had hair on the seat. I reported the issue and the staff was very apologetic and took care of the problem.

Wonderful hotel, overall clean, excellent breakfast, favourable location to everything we do in Augusta. Location just off stores or other dining, Fort Gordon, and poorly managed restaurant. Nearby Logan's Roadhouse - great place to chill out.

The staff was pleasant and attentive. My room had a whirlpool tub, very relaxing. The lobby area was attractive and well-maintained. Cookies at check-in were a good touch. I enjoyed my stay here.

i didn't like that the tub was dirty, my room had old food in the fridge and only had one towel and no sheets for the pull out bed.

I had the absolute best time staying here! The King Suite Whirlpool Non-Smoking room was spacious and had this fantastic whirlpool tub that was like pure luxury. Plus, the cookies at check-in were a good surprise that set the perfect tone for my stay!
